At Padre Island National Seashore, you can drive directly onto the beach and set up camp wherever you find the perfect spot. Our kids loved playing in the sand as we set up our tent with ocean views.

🌅 Sunsets & Sunrises
One of our favorite parts of beach camping is watching both the sunset and sunrise over the coast. From the glowing colors at dusk to the peaceful calm of early morning, it’s truly a magical experience.
