The Christmas Village in Huntsville, TX! 🎄 First Year Review
We visited The Christmas Village in Huntsville, Texas, and since this is their very first year, we were excited to see what it was like! 🎄✨
The whole place felt like stepping into a cozy Christmas town, with beautiful lights, festive photo spots, live music, adorable shops, and lots of fun activities for the kids.
Our kids especially loved the toy axe throwing, slides, the light-up pathway, bouncy reindeer, and the Christmas train ride through themed forests.
It was such a magical way to kick off the holiday season, and we were really impressed with everything they created for opening year.

We enjoyed walking around the zoo and viewing the beautiful holiday decorations! Some standouts for our kids were the bubbles inside the Gorilla/Ape area and the Snowy Slopes (pretend snow area)!

Join us for a trip to the Houston Interactive Aquarium & Animal Preserve! We had a fantastic time interacting with the animals and exploring the preserve! It was truly a hands-on experience! By the end of our trip, we were all sold on purchasing an annual pass and look forward to returning :)

Edith L Moore Nature Sanctuary
Join us on a trip to Edith L Moore Nature Sanctuary in Houston, Texas! We loved exploring the native nature and walking trails! You wouldn't believe this beautiful sanctuary is found right inside a Houston neighborhood! This was our first time visiting and we were very impressed; we think this is a great spot to enjoy a peaceful hike in Houston!
The Pit Room in Houston Texas
We recently have been craving some barbeque and saw The Pit Room in Houston, Texas, on Food Networks ‘Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives’ with Guy Fieri and had to check it out! There was a line to get in, but the Wagyu Beef Ribs, Brisket Taco, and Potato Salad were all amazing and worth the wait! We will definitely visit again :)
