Destin and Fort Walton Beach Florida | Family Travel Vlog

Join us for a weekend trip to the beautiful emerald coast! On day 1, we drove from Houston, Texas, to Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

We arrived just in time to enjoy the sunset at the Okaloosa Island Pier.
We pick up some takeout for dinner from Rockin' Tacos. Next, we head to our hotel and call it a night!

The following day, we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast from our hotel. Then, we head to Fudpuckers in Destin, Florida, for their Noon Year's Eve Celebration! For lunch, we headed over to the Crab Trap Destin to enjoy some seafood and soak in the beauty of the Gulf Coast! Following lunch, we went to the beach and relaxed while the kids played by the water. In need of some caffeine, we took a stroll to Camille's at Crystal Beach Cafe for coffee and treats for the kids. After we caffeinated, we enjoyed a magnificent sunset at James Lee Beach. To wrap up the day, we picked up some dinner from Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano in Destin and returned to our hotel. We had planned to go back out to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk to watch fireworks to bring in the new year, but we were all exhausted from the day and decided to stay in. Family Breakfast at the Donut Hole Destin Florida

Join us this week as we stop for breakfast at the Donut Hole Bakery and Cafe in Destin, Florida! Every time we drove by the Donut Hole Bakery and Cafe Restaurant, there was a large crowd, so we decided to see what the hype was about. We planned our trip for New Year's morning, hoping it would be less busy, and our plan was a success. We were seated very quickly and enjoyed donuts, cookies, pancakes, and Gulf Coast Crabmeat Benedict :)
